NuvaRing homepage

Welcome

NuvaRing is a monthly method of combined hormonal contraception that consists of a thin and flexible vaginal ring. Each ring is intended for one use only and, once inserted, is left in place for 3 weeks before removal and a 1-week gap before a new ring is used.

This website contains product information and resources for UK healthcare professionals on the use of NuvaRing as a monthly contraceptive. The website also contains general information about NuvaRing for women who are exploring their contraceptive choices.

Please note that you should consult your doctor or another suitably trained healthcare provider when considering what type of contraception is most appropriate for you.

If you have already been prescribed NuvaRing by your healthcare provider, you can find out more about how to use NuvaRing and sign up for a free SMS text messaging reminder service by clicking here.
