How do you remove NuvaRing
?
(etongestrel/ethinylestradiol)
After washing your hands, you can remove NuvaRing by hooking your index finger under the forward rim of the vaginal ring and gently pulling it out. Or you can hold the rim between your index and middle finger and pull it out carefully.

Afterwards, place the used NuvaRing back inside the foil pouch provided and please dispose of it in a rubbish bin out of the reach of children and pets. Do not flush the used NuvaRing down the toilet.
NuvaRing should be removed exactly 3 weeks after it has been inserted. Please remember that you should not leave NuvaRing in for any longer than 3 weeks. If you do, you will no longer be protected against pregnancy.
Adverse events should be reported. Reporting forms and information can be found at www.yellowcard.gov.uk.
