To help you remember when to insert and remove NuvaRing(etongestrel/ethinylestradiol) you can sign up here for the free My NuvaRing SMS text messaging reminder service.

To register for the service you will need to enter your mobile number using the international dialing format. For a UK registered mobile please enter 44 followed by your mobile number, excluding the first 0.

For example, if your UK mobile number was 07950 XXXXXX you would enter 447950 XXXXXX.

The My NuvaRing reminder service is provided free of charge to women by Exco InTouch Ltd. The reminder service provided is intended only as an aid to help you remember when to insert and remove NuvaRing, and should not be used as a substitute for your own record keeping.
