To help the women to whom you prescribe NuvaRing remember when to insert and remove NuvaRing, they can sign up here for a free SMS text messaging reminder service.

This reminder service is provided free of charge by Exco InTouch Ltd. The reminder service provided is intended only as an aid to help women remember when to insert and remove NuvaRing, and should not be used a substitute for their own record keeping
