How do you use NuvaRingBlack Triangle?
(etongestrel/ethinylestradiol)

3 weeks continuous use followed by 1 ring-free week

Each NuvaRing is intended for one use only. To use, you simply remove from the packet and insert the flexible ring into your vagina and leave for exactly 3 weeks before removing. You then wait 1 week before inserting a new ring.

The ring should be inserted and removed at the same time and day, so if you inserted NuvaRing on a Sunday night at 10 pm, you should remove the ring 3 weeks later on a Sunday night at 10 pm and then insert a new ring 1 week after that (i.e. on the next Sunday at 10 pm).
